Sophie supports Zuri Group's staff in Human Resources, general Operations, and the Project Management Office. Using exceptional organization and communication skills, she implements new processes and standards with best practices to guide our busy and growing team.

Sophie has over five years of prior experience with internal operations including payroll, human resources, event planning, higher education, and administration. She received a BS in Business Administration-Management and a Certificate in HR Management from Southern Oregon University. In her free time, you can find Sophie relaxing by the river, spending time with her friends and animals, or doing yoga. She also cultivates her creativity through watercolor painting and live theatre.
