Reilly Cronyn is an integral part of the People Operations team, where she leads talent acquisition, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and general HR business needs. Reilly has two years of experience in the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce recruiting and people operations. She has worked with Salesforce Lightning, MuleSoft, and Blackbaud CRM, in addition to helping implement applicant tracking systems (ATS) for talent acquisition teams.

Outside of Zuri Group, Reilly provides small business consulting services to support organizational DEI&B, disability, mental health advocacy, and keynote speaking surrounding her ongoing battle with Multiple Sclerosis. In her free time, Reilly enjoys relaxing on the beach, playing fetch with her dogs, eating fresh seafood, and running with her partner. She also cultivates her creativity by playing piano, painting, and knitting.
