Nate has over 18 years of hands-on experience in senior level operations across various industries in both the private and public sectors. Nate comes to us by-way-of the University of Colorado where he revitalized an operations team in human resources and oversaw human resources-related services for nearly 18,000 employees.

Prior to joining Zuri Group, his work experience included owning his own small business consultancy, practicing employment law at Employers Council, and working as an Executive Director/CEO for a non-profit organization called “Open World Learning” which focused on closing the digital divide with underserved communities. Nate also has experience in the media tech sector where he helped launch two start-up organizations, which later became publicly traded companies, Regal Entertainment Group and National CineMedia.

As a passionate non-profit advocate, Nate has also served on non-profit boards and loves to spend time volunteering in the community. Nate strives to influence a positive experience with culture, function, and impact for Zuri Group’s most important asset, people. As an attorney, Nate brings the necessary critical thinking, relationship building, and creative problem solving in order to support Zuri Group’s business goals and strategies, as well as the aspirations of its employees around the globe.

Nate holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver.
