Jordan's greatest asset is interpersonal communication which helps him fully understand customers' needs, in turn allowing him to deliver direct solutions to their most critical problems.
As Client Success Manager at Zuri Group, Jordan upholds several roles including: Managed Services migration and hosting support for our Blackbaud CRM users, Support Specialist for Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Wordpress administrator for our various hosted clients. Prior to working with Zuri Group, Jordan was an associate at Apple, Inc. where he coordinated the Ticket Queues, managed a device warehouse, and administered data entry with incredible accuracy.
In his free time, Jordan is a devoted musician with seven instruments in his one-man band.
