Fit Gap Assessment & Salesforce CRM Implementation
Texas A&M University
“I led the last conversion at A&M, and we were fortunate to have Zuri Group play such a pivotal role in the first phase of this Salesforce implementation. We look forward to working with Zuri on Phase 2!”

Texas A&M Uses Salesforce To Support Advancement Operations
The Texas A&M Foundation and The Association of Former Students needed modern fundraising technology and a robust information ecosystem. As the two primary institutions for promoting the welfare of the university and serving the student body, the project was more than a change of technology; it was a total business transformation. They turned to us to guide and support their vision.
This project focused on system evaluation, selection and implementation. We worked closely with Texas A&M during a Fit Gap Assessment to evaluate the current technology and learn about obstacles and challenges. During the system selection process, a rigorous approach was taken to evaluate platform options. UC Innovation’s ascend application was selected as A&M’s advancement and constituent engagement solution for Salesforce CRM.
Technology that prompts action
The first phase of Salesforce UCI ascend was delivered on time and with great enthusiasm. The A&M team worked tirelessly with us and UCI to provide resources that will help A&M raise more money through better use of advancement technology. We engaged the gift officer corps and their support teams with realistic advancement focused practices, tools and training. Gift officers are now more empowered to take action and make decisions using dashboards and reports that we built using Salesforce Lightning reports.

Completely responsive design so donors can have the same great seamless experience, regardless of device type

Automation of data which triggers a change in the prospect’s status

Dashboards that drive action, performance and decisions through visualizations

Trained over 125 team members to use their new resources

We are proud to be a trusted technology and operations partner to the Texas A&M Foundation and The Association of Former Students. The first phase of this project will help A&M leverage technology in support of their fundraising efforts. The next phase will replace the legacy database with state-of-the-art technology and business practices.
