The Zuri Group Process
In order to ensure we appropriately address your goals Zuri Group follows a multi-phased, detailed process for each project. We work closely with our clients to establish measurable goals, key performance indicators and a comprehensive yet flexible implementation plan.
Scoping
Zuri Group will organize initial conversations and meetings to determine the overall project scope. Through discussion of high-level goals, needed services, available resources and timeline we will create a formal project proposal from which the contract will be derived and all project work will be measured.

Discovery - Assessment, Goal and Audience Prioritization
Zuri Group travels to our client's headquarters for in depth discovery meetings. During this time we collaborate with all stakeholders and create a detailed assessment of current assets, tactics, metrics and goals for success. Based on this information the team conducts a thorough analysis of – and report on – the current Web site, e-communications and tools, including functionality, design and content. We then use these findings to frame a series of recommendations which are presented to our clients for discussion and prioritization.

Mapping – Project Plan
Zuri Group will create a complete project plan based on the goals and priorities established in the Discovery phase. The plan will define strategy, tactics, tools, and timeline information. The project plan is the guide for the overall project.
Deliverables include:
- Project Plan document
- Definition of project milestones and success criteria
Implementation
Zuri Group establishes a project team who then implement the various tactics and phases outlined in the project plan. All work in done in partnership with the client such that resources are used wisely, tasks are completed in concert with ongoing campaigns and events, and input is considered along each step of the process.

- Plan implementation
- Milestone progress reviews including metrics
- Plan adjustments
Maintenance, Evaluation, Continued Innovation
An organization's Web presence is ever-changing. Just as adjustments may be required during the project implementation, maintenance is needed to ensure ongoing success. Once the initial project plan is complete, the team will gather and present comprehensive quantitative project metrics and a qualitative evaluation of success based on the established criteria. Together Zuri Group and the client will discuss the findings and how we might work together to achieve even greater success in the future. At this time a new project may need to be scoped, small changes may be appropriate or we might all take a break for a few weeks and catch our breath.
