John Murphy, Managing Partner

A seasoned professional with nearly 20 years of experience and more than a decade in the technology arena, John most recently came from Kintera where he was Vice President of the Professional Services Group.

As Vice President of Kintera's Professional Services Group, John Murphy was responsible for managing the implementation and support of Kintera's nonprofit clients. Positions prior to Kintera include Xerox Corporation, where he led a global team that launched and maintained international e-commerce Web sites for the color printer division.

John has also served in a variety of roles managing and producing technical solutions with a high degree of customer satisfaction and success at companies including ESCO Corporation, the Red Chip Review and Smith Barney.

John received his Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University.

Howard Horowitz, Senior Vice President Business Development

A non profit industry veteran, Howard started his non profit career as the Director of Marketing at Jewish National Fund. He oversaw all on line, print, radio, television and direct mail initiatives. Under his direction, Jewish National Fund grew online revenues 85% year over year while growing their online database by 600% in 18 months.

Howard then joined Kintera where he was Vice President of Professional Services. His team was responsible for implementing and supporting clients from all verticals on the Kintera Sphere platform.

A constant on the industry conference speaking circuit, Howard has also been published in The Chronicle of Philanthropy, Non Profit Times, Church Business and many others.

In his spare time, Howard can be found on the baseball diamond or with his wife and 3 young daughters.

Elisa Carroll, Sr. Director of Web Development and Design

With over 6 years of industry experience Elisa is an expert in comprehensive web solutions for both design and development. Elisa most recently came from Kintera where she worked in the Creative and Production Services Team as a Senior Web Designer/Developer.

As a member of the Creative and Production Services Team, Elisa was responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Kintera's nonprofit clients' websites and projects. Prior to her position at Kintera she worked at an e-commerce start up on an ASP platform to combine web development and web design for web optimization and usability.

Elisa attended the University of California, San Diego where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Computing and the Arts.

Sara Murphy, Director of Marketing

With over 10 years of experience working with top Advertising and PR firms, Sara can play an integral role in your organizations strategic initiatives.

While in the High Tech field Sara worked with companies like Microsoft, Sun Microsystems and Intel in advertising development and Public relations campaigns. Sara developed style guides, strategies, branding and marketing plans across many mediums. Some of Sara's career highlights were leading the team that in collaboration with Microsoft's marketing department successfully launched Windows 2000 and Windows Media Player.

Sara attended the University of Kansas, where she received a Bachelor of Science from the William Allen White school of Journalism.

Emily Wenzler, Sr. Strategy Consultant

With over 11 years of successes in both Non-Profit and Business Marketing Emily Wenzler truly understands how to craft a solution for a variety of media and audiences. Emily has a straight forward, personable approach and dives into projects with enthusiasm. Emily listens openly, yet comfortably takes the lead to achieve organizational goals. Her passion for making the world a better place, intelligence and common sense has produced great results and endeared her with her clients such as Heifer International, Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Equality California, Simon Wiesenthal Center and Canadian Cancer Society.

Before joining Zuri Group, Emily was most recently a Solution Strategist with Kintera, Inc. and an Account Executive with CTSG. Back before the Non-Profit industry phase of her career Emily created high-tech marketing campaigns as an Account Manager at Harding Marketing, a full-service marketing firm in Silicon Valley.

When she's not dreaming up the next great creative approach Emily can be found hanging out with her family and collaborating on sustainability ventures.

Pamela Snyder, Sr. Strategy Consultant

Pamela Snyder leads and inspires clients to successfully fundraise, build community and promote causes that establish social, economic and ecological justice. She has fourteen years of proven campaign management success in the nonprofit and corporate worlds. Leadership in strategic aspects of fundraising, marketing, advocacy and list-building provide her significant insight into how to help NGOs build financial and social capital. As a Strategist for Zuri Group, Pamela plans, designs and manages integrated campaigns to optimize development and outreach. She served as Managing Director of Vector Theater Company (California Art Council's most highly funded nonprofit of 2004); and prior to that she led the Production and Learning & Development divisions at Red Sky Interactive (now agency.com).

From 1996 – 1999, while residing in Venezuela, Pamela launched branding and multi-media design company; produced/directed independent documentaries; and co-directed a large scale participatory video project with a remote village. This experience, combined with extensive travel in Mexico and Central America, afford her fluency in Spanish and proficiency in breaking down cultural, class and linguistic barriers.

Pamela is a 2008 Sustainable Management MBA candidate at the Presidio School of Management, one of three MBAs in Sustainability presently offered in the USA. She is also an avid Latin dancer and world traveler.

Molly Kelly, Sr. Technical Strategy Consultant

Molly is an innovative technical strategist and management professional with a 15-year record of success directing software development initiatives for businesses, non-profit and political organizations.

She provides strategic and technical consulting, project management, database management and web project implementation services and has helped a diverse group of non-profit organizations meet their goals through simple effective uses of technology and digital communication tools.

Her portfolio includes award winning websites for clients such as The National Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy and The Government of District of Columbia. She has served as a technology consultant for a variety of non-profit and association clients such as American Jewish Committee, AmeriCares, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Research!America, The American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

Molly had a successful tenure with Kintera as the Manager of Database Integration Managers. Her leadership bridged the gap between clients and the Kintera technology team by collecting and documenting data-management practices and integrations between diverse systems.
