Challenge: There were many biker, volunteer and donor complaints in previous race years regarding how confusing the site was to navigate. As a result, the Courage Classic Team was concerned that the Children's Hospital Foundation Denver's reputation and fundraising potential were at risk.
Solution: Zuri Strategists did a full assessment of the entire site; created site maps of the highly complex, information-heavy site; presented recommendations to the site's decision makers and internal stakeholder. Zuri re-architectured the site to optimize users' ability to interface with the site and provided detailed wireframes, that included some imagery to help stakeholders better envision the solutions.
Results: The Children's Hospital Foundation Denver's Morgan Richards says, "Got several compliments on the site. Here is my favorite: Reed Scott, Courage Classic Team Captain and Founding Rider. He has gone through our transition to online and registered all 6 years that we have been online."
The website is so fast and easier to use and it looks great. The registration process is the best ever.

Challenge: The Canadian Cancer Society British Columbia Yukon Division was seeking to further donor engagement across their standard
and memorial donor forms.
Solution: Zuri Group maximized the emotion connection with the user through the use of testimonials in the donation forms, and with a flash banner 'testimonial story' above each form.
Results: CCS BC-Yukon saw a significant increase in donations across these forms after the very first email appeal and has continued to experience success with the updated donor experience.

Challenge: The Women's Foundation of California came to Zuri and requested a facelook for their site in 5 days to reflect a new brand.
Solution: Zuri Group Strategists, Designers and Developers collaborated with WFC to do a speedy assessment, objectives discovery and then make and implement recommendations for a quick overhaul to meet their brand and time requirements.
Results: John Caldon, WFC Development and Communications Officer said, "IT LOOKS FANTASTIC!!!! Our staff is so ecstatic to have this new site. I attended a training on Tuesday at Packard where they actually took a screen grab of our home page and presented it as an example of best practices in terms of how we're housing entertaining content (the video), recent content (the instant update), and interactive content (links to facebook and twitter) all on the home page. Cathy and I are both amazed that in so few actual work hours you were able to re-skin the site to create such a drastically different look and feel from its previous iteration. It's quite beautiful, far more functional, better represents our work, fits in with our new brand guidelines and is a site to which our staff is (finally) proud to send our constituents."

Challenge: WFC had experienced significant turnover in staff both in the Web and communications teams. There was limited institutional knowledge of how to use the Kintera Sphere tool and of general e-communications best practices.
Solution: Zuri Group technical and strategic staff came together to refresh the organization's Web presence, conduct training and manage site updates.
Results: Zuri created new email templates which were fresher, more modern and employed better usability, conducted an E-communications Best Practice training for WFC staff, conducted a technical training for staff responsible for email campaigns and implemented site, form and template changes.

Challenge: SWC needed a fresh look for their emails which created an immediate impact, limited editorial content and compelled users to take the desired action.
Solution: Zuri Group designed three new email templates which created drama, featured strong calls to action and allowed for easy content population by SWC staff.

Challenge: Heifer International wanted to affordably improve the search-ability of their site through the
integration of Search functionality.
Goal: Implement a custom GoogleTM Search appliance across desired pages while excluding private, campaign or pre-launch pages from the overall search and fi lter specifi c sections after search.
Solution: Zuri Group confi gured the Google appliance to return the desired results and integrate seamlessly into Heifer's site. New templates were created for pages to make them not searchable when required.

Challenge: The American Jewish Committee wanted an easy way to publish and collect responses for a quiz in their weekly newsletter using the Sphere platform.
Goal: Implement a user friendly solution that could be managed initially by Zuri Group then handed off to AJC.
Solution: Zuri Group created a reusable quiz template using a contact form with custom fi elds. The process simplifi ed the overall time to produce the quiz and enabled an easy hand off when AJC took over the Quiz production. Zuri implemented the fi rst few quizzes and then trained AJC staff before turning over the project. Zuri Group remains available to implement the quiz when needed.
