A Letter from Zuri

Zuri Group was founded to help nonprofits succeed through the use of technology. While working with Kintera I realized there was a need not being filled by the companies providing software platforms to nonprofits. While these companies provide software solutions and support they don’t build a relationship with their customers. Building a relationship is essential in all of our customer engagements.

Nonprofits are unique organizations that deal with different issues than those that exist in corporate America. From their mission, to turnover, to internal budgets and grants, nonprofits have a mission they are trying to solve and technology is not that mission. Technology is used to support and further the cause of nonprofits. At Zuri Group the relationship starts as an extension of the nonprofit’s team. Zuri Group provides Consulting, Implementation and Custom Solutions in addition to the institutional knowledge of why decisions were made.
